Dieta involves fasting from various habits and foods to support the process. Whole foods are the way to go ! Foods, substances and habits to eliminate include: processed food, pork, red meat, dairy, sugars, oils, salt, spices, alcohol, drugs, porn and sex. A complete list of protocols is provided in your dieta preparation document, received upon request or registration. As this is a social dieta, the protocols are more flexible than a traditional jungle context. Any concerns can be addressed and accommodations can be made if you have special needs, have been on a longterm keto diet or are pregnant and or breastfeeding.

There are 2 calls per week and a preparation call, totalling 9 calls. 1 weekly session 1-1.5 hours and 1 weekly check in around 45minutes (optional). If you have a busy schedule, one call per week is sufficient to receive songs and support during your process. You will receive on-going text support as needed. It is important to set some time aside to be with your dieta. Go on nature walks, meditate, sit with a tree and take good care of yourself. The live calls will be scheduled with Carolyn to fit both schedules.

A partial 50% refund is available between 7-14 days of cancelling the dieta. Afterwards there is no refund due to time and space created for the process. If any unforeseen circumstances arise, a voucher can be provided.
