What is a Dieta?
A Plant Dieta is a form of traditional herbalism and spiritual healing through which one receives medicine, wisdom, and guidance from powerful plant teachers. It is an intentional process of entering into relationship with the spirit and consciousness of a master plant, allowing it to become a teacher, healer, and ally in one’s personal and spiritual evolution.
A dieta is held within specific protocols that create a clear and protected energetic container. These include simple foods, reduced external stimulation such as media and news, and an emphasis on solitude, time in nature, and inward listening. This focused environment supports subtle communication with the plant—through the body, emotions, intuition, and dreams.
In a social dieta, one continues to engage with daily life and work while honoring the process through mindful boundaries, energetic discipline, and deep inner awareness.
The relationship with the master plant does not end when the dieta concludes. Its guidance and support continue to unfold over time, offering greater clarity, heart connection, and alignment in service to life. A plant dieta is a powerful invitation to slow down, connect with the unseen, and allow the wisdom of nature to guide from within.
The spirit of Bobinsana offers herself as a gentle yet powerful ally for healing, heart-opening, and integration within everyday life.
